Sorena is a small kingdom in the South of Ostpfalz. It is faithful to the Grand Magnus. The country is governed by a Duke, who is subject to the King of Cartagen.
The country does not have it's own language, most citizens speak a dialect of Cartegan.
History[]
For most of it's history the country has been part of Cartagen. The Duke of Sorena was the title traditionally carried by the first person in line of ropyal decent. In 1204, the King Castillan of Cartagen, seeking to pass his throne to his son and not his younger brother, Carajes, who was next in line, gave the area of Sorena as a wedding gift to his brother. Thus the title of Duke of Sorena, became the title of an autonomous sovereign, independent from the crown of Cartagen.
